I imagine you've tried the Hyland Sinus or Natra-Bio Sinus remedies...I've had good luck with them.

BRO:
If it's a consistent inflammatory condition, I would not only seek the right
remedy, but the right foods. I have used
organically grown foods such as oats, barley, and buckwheat for this. Garlic oil capsules help with this too! Evidently, it's a stuffed
up nose you are dealing with. If you find a
remedy for it, without seeing if your diet is causing it, it is a futile chase! I would
suggest getting some books from your local
library, on what foods can cause what problems, and what foods can help you get rid
of them. This is something many people don't
look at, and is most important! Teeth problems can cause nasal problems too. It can
be quite involved, and is a most disturbing
ill to be suffering from!

I know about the food thing....as a matter of fact dairy produces alot of mucus...and I love dairy products...so I do try to curb them....as far as all the oat stuff....boring....lol...I live in New York with some of the worlds best resturants and deli's....I dont drink, smoke or do drugs...gotta have something...Just kidding...but I do deal alot more with plain old swollen sinus then mucus...my mother is in the process of looking up all the remedies suggested for me since she has soooo many books on homeopathy....I will post what I think and why and then ask ANY of you for further suggestion before moving ahead...any other sugguestion are ALL STILL welcomed though. Thank all for what you've given so far...still nothing on what books though...anybody?...also, I didnt know mucus was white...I thought it was supposed to be clear

BRO:
I always found that life (if you can call it that) in the big city, with all its
lights, glitter and delicacies was indeed
destroying me! So I went on to "Keep It
Simple," and live more fundamentally in the
wilderness, using basic foods that were not
contaminated with various kinds of poisons
to have them bring in more profits! But if
one wants to have those things, and at the
same time seek to improve on their health,
why that is sheer idiocy! You cannot live on
citified poisons, and expect to live long
and in good health doing these things. To my
way of thinking, I'd rather be healthy and
bored in the desert, rather than dying and
exuberant in some pestilent plagued city!
Some will say, "Live and Let Live?" and to
that I say, So Be It!!

Navtiveson I do not live in the middle of Times Square....I live on a beautiful block with only one neighbor with woods and grass I have a garden with veggies & flowers....I have a lawn and even a driveway....and I love GOOD food...not junk (except when I'm PMS) and I workout and an a size 6....I am almost NEVER sick and WHEN I am it is a faction of what someone else experiences....

If I do not want what you want, please try not to tell me that my want is wrong.

Or if I believe other than you, at least pause before you correct my view.

Or if my emotion is less than yours...or even more...given the same circumstances, try not to ask me to feel more strongly or weakly.

Or yet, if I act....or fail to act, in the manner of your design for action, let me be.

I do not...for the moment at least...ask you to understand me....That will come ONLY when you are willing to give up changing me into a copy of you.

If you will allow me any of my own wants, or emotions, or beliefs, or actions then you open yourself, so that some day these ways of mine might not seem so wrong, and might finally apear to you as right....FOR ME. To put up with me is the first step to understanding me. Not that you embrace my ways as right for YOU...but that you are no longer irritated or disappointed with me for my seeming waywardness. And in understading me you might come to prize my differences from you, and far from seeking to change me, preserve and even nurture those differences.

Peace be with you.
