Default Itchy rash after poo picking

Hello all. My brother has started keeping horses again but is developing an urticaria type rash after he poo picks the paddocks. The rash makes him itch all over and lasts for a few days. He recently had a viral infection that was doing the rounds in our area and it has started since this, he is very impulsive and he has always drunk a lot. I would be very pleased with any suggestions that might help him.
