I disagree with the above advice. An accurately prescribed constitutional remedy can re-balance the thyroid provided there has not been surgery. Until such a remedy is found, the thyroxin must be continued.

dear docters,i am taking one tablet daily ,early in the morning of thyroxine,with this i take one tab of multivitamin,and as i have little blood pressure i take one blokium50 tablet,i am good in health and i look not more than 30 from my looks,only my weight is too much,i skip breakfast,in lunch i take very little and in dinner only tea and biscuit,still i cant lose weight,please tell me whats wrong with me,thanks,sasha

no two cases the same, Iam hypoglycmea, and had very low body temp. when using thermometer under armpit before rising. I was put on thyralar 2gr.in l984, now taking 1/2gr. because i also have been taking one Thytrophin PMG by Standard Process Co. since then, Last year I increased Thytrophin to 2 a day and hopefully by end of year when I take a TSH blood test I will be able to stop taking the l/2gr.
