It would have been much better if you would have given the right symptomatology about the so called tennis elbow. prescribing homoeopathic medicines on the name of the disease becomes difficult and results in faliures. anyhow I can give you the names of some of the remedies which I have been using successfully for tennis elbow. The remedies according to gradings are:
1) ruta. G 2)Symphytum 3)Calcaria flour 4)arnica 5)lycopodium 6) hypericum 7)bryonia
In certain cases the combination of calc flor and magnesia phos in bio chemics also yield good results. other auxilary measures like resting the affected part also helps. Incase you need any further clarifications contact me at my email address: akseth50@yahoo.com

Question

Post details. Routinely Arnica followed by Rhus tox followed by Ruta. Much better to work with symptoms though......could be any or none of above, or even another rx like Bellis.

Ever heard of chiropractic? A back dislocation can be the cause. And in this case, both chelid and berberis may be of service.
But post your medical historie here,we cant, and are not allowed to prescribe on opinions, neither of this ot that.

Unhappy

Sorry about the vague posting but I am new to this.
The pain originates in the elbow (left hand) and if i use the arm for any length of time for say playing guitar, driving etc the pain can extend down toward the wrist and/or up toward the shoulder. I have had an injection of cortisone in the elbow and this gave relief however after some exertion on my part ( fitting a carpet in my daughters room) the pain returned almost immediately. Occasionaly I get a feeling of pins and needles in my hand. There is no particular time of day that the pain occures, mainlyduring or after use of the arm, like just now while typing this.

I have had more success with Bryonia low potency for a few weeks than anything else in this condition although once a cortisone injection has been given it is more difficult to treat

Hear Hear ........blasted Medics and Cortisone injections

I would sugggest .....REST ....and Bryonia
it will take a while but it will mend

I had same problem in right elbow tendon last year after moving too much compost
The older we are the more time it takes and the easier we injure ourselves

Arnica ......immediatly after any work/strain
then Bryonia and alternate with Rhus Tox and Ruta seems to be the answer if injury occurs
