Unhappy Muscular Cramps
There are various reasons for crmp in young boys and girls ,particlarly to girls at night while going tobed .This is most frequent complaint we find .Lowerlimbs ,legs ,hamstrings are usually painful The frequently called mediies are PULSATILLA ,CINA AND MEDORRHINUM.

Default muscle cramping
THe easy solution for this is an increase of magnesium supplm daily.
MAgnesium supplm. great for all types of muscle spasms,cramping.

My honey's occasional nighttime calf cramps always responded very quickly to MagPhos, which made me wonder if there was a magnesium connection. Any thoughts about that, Gina?

It was a chronic condition. They haven't recurred since he started classical treatment.
