Exclamation anybody heard of sulfur LM 16 junglaus c?? Homeophatic medicine help needed.

Hi
I had my first visit with a homeophat last week.
I had a sinus infection which kept coming back every three weeks. Had an operation 4 months ago, they gave me antibiotics. Then I got sick twice and the doctor gave me antib. again. I have other complaints like a pain in schoulder, arm, hand which is getting worse. I don;t normaly get sick easy. I am Belgian but live in Cyprus in a little village and not everything is available here.
I decided to try something else because I feel week and it's like I got no resistance. My job is physicaly very demanding so I need to get better soon .
The homeophate did something called ( I now just found out) which is called "touch for health" and then gave me little pills. I have to take one every day 20. min. b4 breakfast. On my little pot it says: sulfur LM 16 junglaus c.
I would very much like to know more about this thing I am taking. I cannot find anything about the junglaus part on internet.
I don't want to ask the homeophat because I think she did not do a very thourough job on me and I don't trust her.
I hope somebody can give me some more information.

Thanks!

Sophie

Hello Sophie,

Junglaus could be Junghans ?? Please ask your homeopath.

Sulphur LM 16 is only one of the many LM potencies prescribed by homeopaths. You can only ask your homeopath more info about the remedy and/or potency since she took your full case history and knows all the details.

Hello Wim,
your name sounds very Belgian!
Anyway, thank you for your quick reply. Indeed it could be junghans, it is handwritten so I could have misread.
I will have a look on the internet.
She didn't ask for much details at all to be honest, that's why I am looking to find some information through the net. She is the only homeophat around. I was in her office for half hour at most. The area that I live in is very small. Is it realy not possible for you to explain me what it is normaly used for. You are a qualified homeophat, so I trust it that you have helped people with numerous different medications.
I would realy appreciate any feedback.

Sophie

Hello Sophie,

I`m Dutch.

It`s a pity you`re staying at Cypres now, because in Belgium there are many good classical homeopaths (unicists). Although full case taking usually takes longer than half an hour it`s still very well possible she found your constitutional remedy in half an hour approx.

Sulphur is a famous remedy and polycrest (or : polychrest) which means that it`s a remedy whose provings and clinical applications show that it has many widespread uses, covering a wide variety of mental, emotional and physical symptomatology. It`s a remedy which affects all or nearly all the tissues of the body, has a wide variety in symptoms and its curative power reaches deep into the anatomy and is equally useful in acute and chronic disorders.

A classical homeopath always tries to find the correct constitutional remedy for a patient and this remedy is determined by the homeopath who uncovers certain fundamental truths about the patient and then repertorizes that symptomatology or examines that typology in order to uncover the patient`s nature or constitution and the corresponding constitutional remedy.

So you can say that the constitution of a patient is the overall mental, emotional and physical makeup of the patient, including temperament, appearance and behaviour, corresponding to one of the (major) homeopathic remedy types.

Patients suffering from the same disorder may each need a different individual remedy.

Kind regards from the Netherlands, Wim

Hello Wim,
Bedankt voor je antwoord! (Thanks for you answer !)
Ik ben gaan zoeken voor die junghans c, maar vindt eigenlijk niet echt veel.(I have looked for that Junghans, but actually didn`t find much)
In ieder geval zal ik het nu zijn beloop laten en we zien wel.(I`ll let the treatment run its course and we`ll see) Hopelijk knap ik wat op en helpt het me.(Hopefully my situation will improve)
Vele groetjes van hieruit! (Regards from Cyprus )

Hello Michael,

You could be right...... but it would be a bit confusing though.....2 remedy names on the label but only one remedy in the botlle......Juglans cinerea has pain in shoulder blade, but the sharp pain in the back of the head and other key symptoms are not mentioned at all........actually far too little is mentioned here........moreover Juglans cin. is usually given in tincture or very low potency.

Hi guys,
Good God, it sounds confusing to you?? How do you think it sounds to me then?
Anyway, the pain in my shoulder, neck, arm and hand got too much the day before yesterday, so I am taking cataflam since a few days now. And it's better. I should rest my shoulder, I know, but this is just not possible at this time. I am being careful though.
The problem is that since today our business is open again , it is physicaly demanding and I HAVE to perform...My sinusinfection is not coming through though this time and is better...
I am drinking Aloe Vera every day now since three weeks as well.
Is it true, Wim, that my extreme craving for sugar is because of my lack of energy lately, which would be a result of to much antib. according to my homeopath? This should all go away after three-four weeks of my meds.
Doeiiii
Sophie
