Michael means that homopaths usually start with (far) lower LM potencies.....but perhaps your homeopath has a reason to start (far)higher......we can`t tell.......and yes, extreme craving for sugar can be caused by lack of energy and should pass in due course.

Why not see or phone your homeopath to ask her some questions.....you are entitled to proper answers....

Groetjes Dear Sophie

(yes I am From The netherlands aswell) The first time a homeopath gives a LM potency is not normally LM 16.........It is most likely LM 1,,,,,,this is why the comment was posted.

Regards the adverse reactions of Antibiotic use,yes it will cause sugar cravings, lack of energy.............and many many other symptoms. This needs to be detoxed via dietary restrictions. NO dairy,NO sugar,NO alcohol. These only feed the 'yeast' caused by the antibiotics,if you stop these you starve the yeast/candida from multiplying. Without doing this dietary change nothing will work, its all part of detoxing/cleansing your body.It sometimes takes a few months,in serious cases up to a year.
The intake of more antibiotics, hormone related meds like birth controll pills,steriods..................also need to be stoped as his will also add to the problem you are having.

Hi Gina,
Thanks for your reply. I only saw the post now, sorrie.
Anyway, I will try to have less sugar. No sugar...maybe in time. For the rest I am not taking any birthcontrol pills of any kind or steroids.
What I notice now is that I am getting a lot of acne on my forhead. I don't usualy get any. It itches. Is this because of the sulphur?
My arm is not realy getting any better and I would be very surprised if this thing I am taking is going to help for my arm. I am coping with it now with cataflam, but I will stop to take it in one day. I can not keep on taking that either. I will just have to get stronger while I work. I am sure it also has a lot to do with the operation ( I had a myomectomy November 2006).
It feels good to be back at work and to be outside all day again.
I will give that homeopath I saw a call next week and ask her also about the rash on my forehead.
Take care
Sophie
