Please see :

Mother tincture may be given from 5-60 drops. Usually initially 10 drops 3 times daily.

It`s also possible to take the remedy in (very) low potency after proper full case taking.

Addition :

Allium sativum (Common name : Garlic) is native to Central Asia and now grown worldwide. It`s one of the most ancient of herbs, even already used by the Babylonians and apart from being a popular culinary herb, it`s valued for its antibiotic properties.

Allium sativum is most suitable for people who are oversensitive and need company. Although subject to many fears, they have a particular fear of being poisoned. They generally enjoy a rich, gourmet diet, esp. one that includes meat, but are prone to indigestion and phlegm problems. The remedy is primarily associated with indigestion caused by a rich diet or by dietary change.
The digestive process is accompanied by pressure in the upper abdomen, colicky pains around the navel and foul-smelling gas. Dull pains in the bowels and either constipation or diarrhoea may be present.

This remedy is also sometimes used to treat tearing pains in the hip area and abdomen.

Symptoms better from sitting bent over. Symptoms worse in the evening, at night, from walking and from pressure on the affected area.
