Question How to unblock

Dear All,
I have been consulted several homeopathic drs. and they all keep prescribing me Calcarea Carb.; sometimes in high (1000c) or very high (50M-100M, 200M) potencies and others in 30c and even an anthroposophic dr. gave me it in an 20% trituration (Conchae).-
Besides i have been given almost all the nosodes from Carc, Luesinum, Psorinum, Tuberc, Psycotic Co.. to make my body responds-
I would like some input about this "blockade".-
Almost forgot to mention that i am under psychopharmacologic treatment for my bipolarity (Actual medication Seroquel and klonopin).-
Thank you,
Albert.

It seems like the psychopharmacologic treatment may be the main block. FInd out the symtpoms that have arisen (physical or mental) since you started on them and the remedy that covers them may unblock.
All the best,
dr. leela

Hi Albert, i was not refering to the main symtpoms - I was refering to those that are concomittant, and especially the new ones following pharmacologic treatment - if you look carefully there will be some - affecting your sleep, eating, drinnking, physical sensations, etc.

Another perspective could be to throughly investigate the time around the development of bipolarity - physical conditions that were suppressed, etc. there may be a clue to the remedy there.

Hi Dr. Leela, thank you for your input.-I tend to think that the bipolarity is in most part inherent....i had my first hospitalization when i was 28 folowing a trial when 2 antidepressants and a corticosteroid where given....and only was diagnosed as bipolar at age 34 , now i am 36.-I didnt have any physical conditions before being treated as bipolar.-
Albert.

Hi ALbert,
Right - so deal with the block of the hospitalization following a trial - examine those symptoms in detail - the suppresion happened at that point.
all the best!

Dear members

It should be taken into consideration, that symptoms expressed by the patient while on allopathic drugs do not reflect the true nature of the disease and remedies selected according a disease picture distorted by allopathic drugs will inevitably fail to bring any lasting positive result.

Homeopathy works well as long as it is used as a mon therapy.

Hello all,

There is little doubt that most allopathic/coventional drugs impede the action of homeopathic remedies both in people and animals. This is not surprising when one considers that the action of most of these orthodox medicines is in direct contradiction to that of homeopathy, because anything which suppresses a reaction of the body will act counter to homeopathy and considering the subtle energetic nature of homeopathic medicine it is only logical that such powerful drugs as corticosteroids and nsaid`s etc. will/may antidote its effects.

There`s more debate about the effects of antibiotics and some experienced professionals/homeopaths consider that in certain circumstances antibiotics and homeopathy may work synergistically, whereas others assert that the disruption to the bowel flora which ensues from a course of antibiotics renders the patient unable to respond adequately to homeopathy.

However, it`s the experience of several homeopaths/vet. homeopaths (see Textbook of Vet. Homeopathy) that short courses of antibiotics, perhaps given to deal with an acute infection or flare-up of chronic disease, don`t seem to interfere markedly with homeopathic treatment whereas on the other hand, long courses of high dose antibiotics do seem to be suppressive and can seriously impair response to homeopathy.

to be continued.....Wim

Continuation :

It has also been noted that patients (people and animals) who are receiving thyroid hormone or its analogues don`t always respond as well to homeopathic remedies.

Perhaps the most important issue here is to be aware that ANY allopathic medication MAY interfere with the action of a homeoapthic remedy and to take account of this in prescribing these medicines.

It would be best of course if all conventional (orthodox) medication should be stopped prior to starting treatment with homeopathy, but this is, as we all know, frequently not possible. One example is a patient/animal receiving long-term corticosteroid therapy. In such cases it is recommended that the allopathic therapy is reduced gradually. Firstly this may be possible as the homeopathic remedy starts to take effect, and secondly the reduction in dosage of the allopathic medicine will allow the homeopathic remedy to increase its effect.

Similarly if there`s an obvious NWS (Never Well Since) factor alluding to the administration of an allopathic medicine, this may have to be addressed, for instance by administering a homeopathic potency of the allopathic medicine, before any other homeopathic remedy will take effect. (Unfortunately homeopathic potencies of allopathic drugs are not always easily obtainable.)

Finally it should be said that homeopathy does at times seem capable of acting despite heavy allopathic medication, both in people and animals !

It should NEVER be rejected as being unsuitable merely because a patient (human or animal) has become dependent on allopathic drugs !

Wim

Default Agreed

Agreed with you Wim, i am at the point where i can not start an homeopathic treatment without "being" on allopathic drugs....i think thats why when i ve been prescribed even high doses , the indication is to take it 2-times a day.-
Albert.
