hair in lumbar region
I have a case below pls guide me in this regard.I know her spine cannot be straightened but guide me suitable medicine for that pach of hair. AGE/SEX 8F HOPI congenital patch of hair on back P/H no h/o chronic disease GPE hypertridriosis sensory loss L-5 L-6 bilateral calf atrophy no movement left toe trophic ulcer X-Ray spine multiple vertebral anamolies Now duraplasty done as she had bending posture but now looks quiet straight.
