opiate exposed infant

I'm a foster parent, tomorrow we are getting a newborn that has been exposed to opiates and marijuana. We don't know whether it has had prolonged exposure or only once, as the mother reports. I have gotten great help from this list in the past with issues related to our foster kids. Looking at remedies that could help him through this.
THere was a practitioner named Leela (or similar name). Is she still around?
Let me know what you need to know about him. I won't have too much info. Appears full term, weighs over 8 lbs.
