just recently i have felt extremely low all the time. I cannot get enough sleep. i could sleep all day if i had to .. and i am still tired at the end of the day. I am agitated and quick to fly off the handle. I am crying alot more, withdrawing from ppl i normally associate with as i feel they wouldnt want to be with me anyway!
I realise this sounds like depression a bit, but i have no reason to be like this. i have a happy marriage, and i had a great upbringing and good friends. Is there anything i can take to bring my happy state back
