Just to let you know that herbal tinctures can help greatly with menopause. The combination of Cimic and Hypericum (St. Johns Wort)- 5 drops taken twice a day will help a great deal. Hope this is a help.

I normally start patients off on a 200C potency in a split dose and then go to 1M if necessary. Also look at Aristolochia anothe rgood menopause induced joint remedy. Cimic has a keynote of depression. One patient even said "black clouds" to me.This one also had hip joint problem which has now gone.
