I am 39 old male and I have had CFS/ Arthritis for nearly 7 years and have tried really everything. (execuse spelling and mistakes - its hard too concentrate).
I do not have the energy to go out and stay in for months on end.
Started with convential medicine various antidepressants(made me more ill), Chinese medicine,herbs, dietary supplements, spiritual healing, other healing, Chakra healing, hypnotherapy, Cognitive therapy,reverse therapy, graded exercise (too hard), electric zappers. Many more...

Plus recent suicide of my brother (42) and losing my parents a couple of years ago does not help. Losing my business and home also did not help.

I only have support of my wife as all family and friends have finished with us as they do not understand or believe me.
We are entirely on our own with no help or understanding.

After 7 years the only thing that has helped me is iron- in small doses of slow realising iron 14mg, stops me being dizzy - only thing that stops me from falling over!

I have read about other CFS suffers who have taken Silicea in 200c quantities, although it takes a long time to work.

Should i start with 30c building up daily - observing changes or take one 200c and wait.

RA and CFS are difficult to deal with but have promise via classical homeopathic treatment,many of my patients have had this that are now verry well. You need to see a trained classical homeopath in your area. On line here is much too difficult since its a chronic problem.
