My husband is 25 and over the last couple of years seems to have lost his immune system!! he picks up everything going. always has bad head, sore throats etc. I was just wondering what he could take as a general pick me up on a regular basis??

Any ideas would be great

Dear helly
The systemic decline of one's immune system is caused by a combination of events, your asking a loaded question that is NOT easily "fixed". It takes a commitment of the patient (your husband)
Many factors to consider such as the intake of allopathic meds that cause adverse reactions (vaccines, antibiotics).
Mental and emotional trauma/stress.
Dietary faulty intake needs to change,an overhaul of eating/drinking habits.
Detox 'maintaining'factors.
herbal cleansing
homeopathic constitutional prescribing
Have him make an appt with a trained homeopath or naturopath.
here is a good website for alternative healing meds over 500 pages of great info; www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com
also www.mercola.com
