Question

Can anyone help me???

I'm 24 years old. I've been having my period for 12 years. My problem is that for a year I have rather long periods (usually 38-44 days long ) and the quantity of the bleeding is very light. The menstruation takes 5-6 days but for some days before the actual bleeding I have brown mucus. I guess I have hormonal problems but I haven't had any hormonal examination yet. If there is a "natural" (homeopathic) solution for my problem I don't want to take drugs, pills etc. I would like to get pregnant at the end of this year... Is it possible that I become healthy until then??? My weight is normal, my hair and facial skin is rather oily. If you need any more info to help me please ask.
I live in Hungary and plan to go to a homeopathy doctor soon but I would like to know whether there is a solution of this kind for my problem. I'm sorry for my poor English...
Thanks for your help.

There are Homeopathic remedies that can help to regulate menstruation but your homeopath will need to take a full history from you to find which remedy will be suitable.

Good luck!

Lili.As previous replies suggest we need to know a lot more about you in order that the remedy is matched to the totality of your symptoms. This means on a mental and emotional level as well as the physical symptoms. Think about any modalities for the symptoms i.e. what makes them better or worse, any general symptoms i.e. what makes you better or worse as whole, your persoanl medical history, the onset of the present complaint and family history [parents and grandparents]. Post more details here if you would like a group of homeopaths in Essex, England to look at your case.

Thank you all for helping me. In fact, I know that you can't suggest a remedy for me because you have too little info, I just wanted to know whether there is an alternative solution for my problem. I do not want to take hormones but I was not sure homeopathy can help me. Your answers convinced me so now I'm going to visit a homeopath. I live in Hungary, Budapest and we have some good ones here. If you are interested I'll tell you what happened.
Thank you all again for giving me hope.

Where in the UK are you. Someone may be able to recommend a professional classical homeopath who will take a full case history and prescribe a remedy for you as an individual rather than a symptom.

Dear lili
Please follow the suggestions you have been given
Homeopathhic prescription on single sign or symptom
may not help you perfectly. There are numbers of medicines for prolonged bleeding.
Continued intake of hormone may harm you
Best wishes

Question

Hi Everyone,
Yesterday I visited a homeopath here in Hungary. She asked me a lot of strange questions (like what kind of food do I like, whether I like animals, music, what kind of weather makes me feel good, previous illnesses, etc.etc.) and after an hour or so she suggested me to take Pulsatilla 30 CH, 5 globulus each morning before breakfast. She also told me not to eat or use menthol and camphor nor camomillae. So today I began to take this remedy.

The only thing I have forgotten to ask her is that after how much time of taking Pulsatilla will it be clear that the remedy works for me or not???? After a week? A month?

Pleased to hear you have been able to see a homeopath. In response to your question about how long it will be before you know whether the remedy is working, it depends on individual response. You may notice a reaction after 3-5 days. If you experience any symptoms you have had in the past, this is a good sign. It is important to return to the homeopath after one, possibly two menstrual cycles, so that the remedy can be evaluated. Good luck

Are you meant to take the Pulsatilla everyday? This is not the classical way of prescribing but your homeopath may be using another method called Eisayaga. It does sound by the questions that were asked that the homeopath has taken the case in the correct manner! I personally would only give one dose of the remedy but at a much higher potency e.g. 1M
When are you due to go back to your homeopath?
