I am about 6 weeks pregnant and the morning sickness is kicking in, can anyone offer any remedies?? I am mainly having just constant nausea. No vomiting, or dry heaves. I feel best not moving although I don't think moving makes it worse, I don't feel like eating, but know I have to. Sometimes i feel better for eating, sometimes i don't. Can not eat ethnic foods (mexican, chinese etc.) No fried foods, I can barely choke down crackers, but ok with deli meat/cheese sandwiches, or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and chicken (not fried, breaded or with skin) and baked potatoes are ok. Bowel movements have become very soft but not the consistency of diarea, also bowel movements have increased, at least2-4 a day. Also increase in bowel gas. Nausea is ALL the time but severity comes and goes, but never completely away. General mood is depressed, moody, wanting sympathy, I just want my husband to lay next to me cuddle with me and stroke my head. My toddler is stressing me out, because she can not stay off the top of me, she is constantly crawling all over me, and knees and elbows are hitting me everywhere. Definitely does not help. She just doesn't understand that mommy doesnt' feel well. I can add any information that you may need, thank you,

Sepia is ok, but stop eating chicken, it may be the cause ( hormonal broilers disturb the hormonebalanse).
Also get vit e supplement, and calcium citrate supplement.

Only able to eat bread and a little cheese, and a little fruit,
VERY,VERY sensitive to ALL smells.
Nausea seems to be worse in evening and especially during the night, also having trouble sleeping, partly from nausea, partly from anxiety.
I wasn't sure about Sepia:"Disposition to vomiting after eating" I'm not vomiting, just constant nausea, 24hrs. Also: "Nausea in morning before eating" Would that be in addition to constant nausea, or only in morning?? Thank you

The sensitivity could point to phosporus, i would think of calc phos here. try some doses of cp 12 and see if it gives any help, if, then you need calc citrate pills as a supplement, do not drink coffe , or coca cola, that robs you from needed calcium .

I will try the calc phos. Also, I will be getting my prenatal vitamins today or tomorrow, I know it has the vit E, but it may have calcium carbonate instead of calcium citrate, is there a difference?

After reading Sepia again, I do feel that it is pretty accurate, I am still currently nursing my toddler, will it be ok to take?? Also, is 200c the correct potency to try, I read in book about homeopathy and pregnany that 6 and 12 were "gentler" potencies. Thank you.

calc carbonate is not taken up by the body, calc citrate is, but dont use that before sepia is done, it may antidote sepia.
If you are to use sepia.

I took Sepia 200c last night. The place where I can buy remedies is about an hour and a half away from my home, I wasn't feeling very well on the way there, but previously that day had "seemed" maybe a little better. As soon as we got there I took the remedy. (5:00pm) On the way home about a half an hour later when we stopped to get something to eat for the rest of the family, My husband kept talking on and on and on, I asked him to be quiet but he wouldn't, Everything was just building up and I emotionally exploded, I just started crying uncontrolably, and felt like I would pass out, I put cold water on my face layed down, crying, after about 15 minutes I tried to regain composure, and just layed back in my seat for the rest of the way home. When I got home I went to bed. I was feeling better and wasn't as sick during the night either. But I hadn't been feeling that bad that day like the previous ones. This morning wasn't as bad concerning the nausea, but emotionally I feel like I can't take anything else. I had another emotional outburst this morning.

I feel like there is nothing I can eat that won't make me sick, and I have a TERRIBLE taste in my mouth, (like spoiled or rotten) I cna't get it out, the taste alone makes me sick. I also can't stand my own smell, I realy stink. I can hardly wear a t-shirt very long and it stinks, even though I am not sweating. I am pretty sure I can not eat cheese now, and especially things with milk, no meat, this morning I couldn't even eat watermellon, whereas before I could at least eat a little fruit. I feel hungry but sick, like sepia says, empty feeling in stomach not relieved by eating, also things taste salty like sepia says, but I like the salty taste. Eating is so hard, I feel like I want to eat, but can't think of anything that doesn't nauseate me. Before I could only lay around, but now I can get up and do very simple things, can't cook a meal but can boil water for oatmeal, or noodles. Feeling VERY easily irritated.
