Default Sexual perfomance..

I need something to boost my sexual perfomance.
After my child was born I just went right off sex. And its been 3years since.
Most of the time I am just too tired, but it also seems as though that part of me is gone.

What do you think of this product ?

Dear Aslaug

The website you posted has "combination homeopathic remedies" used only by layperson not by most classical homeopaths (as it does not work) Dont spend your money on useless nonsense.......invest an appointment with a trained homeopath.............wellworth it.
Your hormones are at influx right now immed. after giving birth, give it time..........all will return to normal. If that is not the case then you can try and access the emotional/mental symptoms related to the onset of giving birth........This needs to be done in person via a full casetaking.

Default I have had this problem

Unfortunately I think this problem can be somewhat complex to correct. I am constitutionally a sepia which is known for being indifferent to sex. Before I learned about homeopathy and my constitution I honestly thought that there was something wrong with me and I might be frigid.

The challenge is to find a homeopath and start over with them. Finding a good homeopath is not easy like finding a good general doctor.

I had tried those herbs, like ginseng, royal maca, aswaganda, horny goat weed, etc. I found they seemed to help initially but didn't really bring about enough change long term.

I have also been treated for severe nutritonal deficiencies which has actually made changes in this area. Specifically, I have low histamine levels, which can in both men and women make it hard to acheive orgasm. Your histamine levels can be out of balance (either too high or too low) and your histamine levels do effect your appetite for sex as well as your ability to achieve orgasm.

It is also possible to balance histamine levels with the right nutritional supplements. But this is not something I suggest you do own your own, but see someone qualified to do that. Finding a qualified doctor in this area can be difficult too.

But you may also have weak adrenal glands. Women can have hormonal problems, especially if they used the pill. The pill does increase a women's need for vitamin b6. B6 is needed for good hormonal balance. But b6 is not the only one. (I have a b6 and zinc deficiency and do think my adrenals were always weak because of these deficiencies.) Most alternative docs will recommend b6, zinc and magnesium for any PMS or homronal problems. These are a good start but may not be the whole picture though.

I had also used some progesterone cream years ago. This is something that may help but you would still have to understand about hormones to do yourself or find a doc to test your hormones levels for you and work with you. You should not experiment with your hormones because that might make things worse.

Of course if you had a recommendation for a good general doc who doesn't push meds they might be able to help too. Sometimes if you use a number of different but complimentary things that may bring about enough improvement. The right combo of natural hormones, nutritional support, and some herbs as well, might work for you if you have the right doctor to guide you.

There are different ways a doctor might approach this problem. You might also consider talking to a therapist about the psych issue too. (I learned to accept the fact that I don't have the same attitude about sex most other women may have thanks to homeopathy and understanding my constitution.) But the bottom line is there is no easy fix and different ways to treat this problem. But, believe me you are not alone in having this problem. I think a large percentage of women in this country probably have a low libido at some point in their life from all the stress they have to deal with every day.
