my daughter (16) has recently (15 days)developed hardened hand and feet skin of a leathery texture which is scaling. It doesn't hurt but she finds it diffìcult to bend her finger: She has no lesions on the body. She has been going through a very hard patch for the last year.., she is very aggressive at home, but on teh whole a shy person and she is almost always emotionally upset. The reason for this is that she thinks she is ugly (but she is not) and cannot accept her physical appearance.
The dermatologist suspects psoriasis and prescribed a cortisone and acetil salicidic cream and if the condition does not get better he will take a sample of her skin to analyze. i will of course follow teh doctor's advice, but i'd like to know if symilar condition have been successfully treated with homeopathy. i'd be grateful if you could help and thanks in advance |

from Dermatologists and particularly steroids and cortico steroids.
In homeopathy ALL skin manifestations are expression of deep seated problems which the body is "Venting" on the surface and away from important organs. The conditions you mention have been treated by homeopathy Antim Crud and Sepia are the most useful remedies. |

Dear members
The above situation could call forth other remedies. In order to find the most suitable remedy/potency a experienced homeopath should be consulted.
