Default Chronic Headaches

I have been suffering with headaches in the left back of my head for over a year. It
all started two months after I took a blow to the head practicing martial arts. The
next day I was fine and for at least 2 months I had no symptoms at all. Then
suddenly one day I woke up with a pounding headache in back left side of my head.
They start within an hour of waking up up and usually last all day. Any stress
triggers my headaches and my neck becomes stiff. The pain is associated between the
top left side in the back of my head and down to my neck. Its always there and at
times gets unbearable. I constatly have to crack my neck to relive pressure and
stiffness. Even reading sets off my headaches and my back of the head becomes stiff.
I got a CAT scan and a MRI done and there are no sign of any injury to my brain. I
tried several medications but none seemed work. If there are any homeopathy remedies
to help my daily head pain !
please let me know. Thank you for your time and help.

Dear Roy

Have you been to a homeopath? Its more likely listed under the rubic "never been well since"............ in your case head blow/injury. But of course there is more to it than that,a homeopath must look at all aspects of your pain, not only physicals. If nothing shows in the CAT scan than perhaps like you said 'stress' can regenerate this pain meaning the homeopathic case needs mental/emotional clarification of matters.A difficult thing to do here on this forum. www.homeopathic.org
is the link to the National center for Homeopathy, you can find a local homeopath via the directory.

Default To Roy

I have treated a similar case of headaches which resulted after a blow to the head in a fall with Arnica 30c in the wet dose. The patient informed me that he did not pass out and came to me after having used a wide gamut of drugs which only served to palliate his pain temporarily but not cure it.

He reported that he was pain free in a week.

The wet dose is made by inserting 3 pellets of Arnica 30c into a 500ml bottle of spring water which is succussed and a teaspoonful is sipped twice daily.
