Homeopathy is once again being slated by the media here in the UK .

Several conventional doctors have written to the PCTs requesting that cash should be spent on evidence based medicine and not unproved therapies like Homeopathy.

I agree with you. This is a continuous process; they will continue attacking homeopathy, we will keep defending it.

By the way, a number of allopathic doctors and their families are my regular patients. Deep inside their heart they know it full well that homeopathy can give them the ultimate cure otherwise they wouldn't have come to a homeopath.

If some of them wish to continue wasting their breath, let them please themselves.

Yes I'm sure you're right about your doctor patients etc.
I'm sure alot of them here feel the same but unfortunately there seems to be a high profile group of doctors with loud voices who don't.

This latest furore has, I think ,raised the profile of Homeopathy.
All the big newspapers have run good articles and the Society of Homeopaths has been in the forefront with radio/ tv interviews etc.

One former editor of the BMJ wrote an article in The Guardian yesterday with the headline "Which is the Quack Medicine ?- alot of Orthodox treatments are unsupported by firm evidence"

Brilliant!
