Thanks for the useful links. Actually in short, we may get irreversible and reversible, inherited and aquired morbid manifestations. Irreversible manifestations can have genetic mutations or nerve damages base. It may not be possible to cure/reverse irreversible manifestations esp. in short term or within one life time. However these can be just treated somewhat alike palliation or kept under control. Due to this reason, when remedies are given for such irreversible symptoms, those are just treated not cured and therefore tends to come again and again when remedies are discontinued. We therefore, may need a permanent constitutional remedy and remedy for irreversible symptoms which can be same as for "totality of symptoms", if all symptom are as a result of constitutional manifestations but if TOS are due to constitutional manifestations plus aquired new manifestations, it may not be same constitutional remedy. It is somewhat alike need of wearing "birth stone". However reversible aquired symptoms can be "CURED" in short term but still constitutional manifestations will continue to show its effects.

These are basic symptoms. I mentioned persistent. Persistent since birth can be indicative of constitution.

Who will finally decide what is the basic and most relevant basis? Who will decide whether water is more important for us or air has more role to play in keeping us alive? Practitioner of every healing system thinks that his/her system is the best and most relevant. It is just because he/she understands that system more than the others.
It can be alike following various spritual or energetic systems, but still all can have some basis interlinked to each other as different energies are interlinked to each other.

Most certainly they do because the constitution keeps changing. I also believe that even with the best-suited remedy, the cure is only partial, never complete because “complete” cure is not possible. Similarly, achieving total or complete health is also not possible. Well, these are my views about health and cure, which can be found in more detail at http://www.curekeys.com/articles/concept_health.htm and http://www.curekeys.com/articles/concept_cure.htm.
It is due to reason as I indicated above.

Best regards.
