For five months I've been nursing my baby with very small quantities of milk 1, 2 at the most 3 ounces of breastmilk. Now my milk is almost gone *half an ounce. My breasts are smaller in size. I also notice I have severe dryness on the tips of my fingers *right hand>, hair loss, some nausea in the morning especially with offensive odors from trash, sadness, and I feel tired. My back hurts and itchiness on my back. I've been on my period since my baby was born and I suffer from cramps, when I'm on my period I get even less milk. I am taking Sepia, but it hasn't helped much. I know there is Lac Vaccinum Defloratum, and I want to take it at 10m, but I can't find it on the web. Where can I find it? Do you think it's the best remedy for my case? Thank you, any suggestions will help !

Diana,
Taking appropriate medicines is fine but you must pay due attention to your diet as well. I suspect (I may be wrong though) that your diet has not been balanced during this period. Probably the ratio of acidic foodstuff has been more than fresh vegetables, butter and milk etc. If you start regular consultation with your doctor, as correctly advised by Gina, don't forget to ask him for the diet plan. |
