Can homeopthy help a 2 yers old boy with constricted scalp (head size is smaller then the age)?

That depends on a number of factors.

Please see a homoeopath in your city who will take a detailed history (including the family history) and prescribe a course of treatment. Indicate if you are in Karachi, I can recommend two or three homoeopaths.
