I am new here, and in need of advice. Okay here we go...3 weeks ago in NY I watched an amazing play, but it had subtitles which were projected above the stage. Consequently, for almost 4 hours I looked up at the subtitles then down at the actors then up at the subtitles then down, etc.

The next morning I had soreness in the base of my neck. I then had 2 hours of very stressful phone conversations regarding my ill mother. The next morning I awoke with numbness, in my left forefinger and middle finger, and more pain in the left base of my neck. In the ensuing days saw the numbness spread to my left forearm and pain radiated across my left collarbone.

I went for acupuncture, no help, massage, no help, chiropractor (4 times, no help). The chiropractor told me however that he thought i had a herniated cervical disk. So.......

I need your advice. I read a thread from 2 years ago that discussed hypericum and later discussed Rhus Tox.

Any thoughts? Thank you very much.

Thanks!!! I've tried Arnica, but to no avail. Yesterday i began with the hypericum and today i may begin the Rhus Tox.
