Default Please Help With Hayfever

I have been having allergies from the pollen lately (the pollen count is record high lately). Is there a remedy for watery eyes, itchy throat, runny and itchy nose. My skin is beginning to hurt from blowing my nose all the time. I know there are lots of them, but can anyone suggest a remedy? I don't have any other unusual symptoms besides what I stated. Also, it gets worse fom being outside. Thanks

Dear Jen
Not that simple------ in homeopathy 100 people may have symptoms of hayfever, and all 100 would need a different remedy that will work just for them and no one else. A visit with a trained homeopath for an acute condition (lasting a fewdays to a week) is normally 30 min with lots of questions. A chronic case (something lasting months/years/reocurring over and over) last 2 hours. These symptoms you are having might be related to an entire systemic imbalance caused by the intake of allopathic (conventional) meds like antibiotics. If this is the case then this also needs to be addressed via detox. Here on line not possible.please go to link and make an appt with a homeopath near you. www.homeopathic.org

I agree with Gina.

Just for my information, Gina. Is it allowed here to recommend a medicine based on a few symptoms?

Dear Akram
"based on a few symptoms?"
In my oppinion the answer would be no,but everyone is different. The problems are as follows; If a remedy is posted for use regards a illness, all basis for repertory study should be posted to clarify the justification of all remedies suggested. In this manner we can all learn from the choice given and why it was given. I would not feel comfortable doing this on line without seeing the patient in person without taking the case, there might be many hidden symptoms not explained by the patient that will cause further aggravation and or suppression leading one not to a healing but to a utter complicated mess to fix.
Sometimes a homeopath will jump-in and post a remedy to a patient here on this forum, then what happens......the patient ask's what potency, how to take, what is succussion, how many/often/aggravation......etc. a barrage of questions actually ment for "a personal homeopath/appointment"...............It is verry time consuming to do a case properly-followup-management.(that is why homeopaths get paid)
Please read the BBrules regards this website (scroll to the bottom of the page) What it comes down to it's best for the patient to see a trained homeopath in person these forums are meant for discussions not free prescriptions.

Thank you, Gina. I suppose you are quite right in saying that "these forums are meant for discussions not free prescriptions". One has to be very careful while suggesting a remedy to someone on a public forum but as it is, people do expect a prescription. This is why they post their cases here.
