Lightbulb How do you filter out miasmatic remedy, When you have complete sympotomatic case

The basic technique to find a similimum remedy is to find the totality of symptoms. If two are more remedies are closely matched then homeopaths also findout miasm to filter out one remedy from many choices.

For example in a case of T.B, if general symptoms are included and about ten remedies are came at top then how a miasm filter can be applied?

Let's see the analysis (a normal or general view of T.B patients)

Ten remedies are listed. How can we findout the miasmatic remedy?

And if a patient comes in chronic condition then

In this case, few remedies are changed, could we find the same miasm?
