Complaints: From Last June, I have developed itching tendency in Left hand followed by aggravation with oozing out of pale yellow liquid with granules formation & with boils.
It may be noted that I have acne problems & before onset of disease I have visited in hot summer to unhygienic households in Topsia region in Kolkata for about 3months at a stretch for some project work.
Treatment undertaken in Allopath form:
Diagonised: Miliarial Eczema…25/6/05
Drugs administered: Dipgenta cream & Tab. Xevor for 2 weeks
Results: oozing stopped but irritants increased covering face, neck, hands & upper part of shoulder with red rashes with profuse itching tendency. Exposure to Sun aggravates the situation. Diagnosis then mentioned as Seb. Derm……Drugs prescribed Flucreme NM cream & Xevor both for 1 month (but was not used)…13/7/05

I have then shifted treatment to school of Tropical Medicine, Calcutta, where Ecz/CD was diagonised & drugs given : Clonate GZ & L-Cetrizet…for 6 weeks prescribed on 16/7/05. It was used but with little effect.

Treatment then shifted to Homeopathy:
1) Sarsaparilla 200/4 dose- 22/8/05
2) Kali Sulph-30/4 dose-7/9/05
3) a) Kali Sulph-0/2 for 16 days then
b) Kali Sulph-0/4 for 16 days .31/10/05
4) a) Sarsaparilla 10M/2dose
b) Lappa Arctium Ø 5drops….30/12/05
All drugs improved my situation though it may be noted it is in winter.
5) a) Sarsaparilla 10M/2dose BD 1day
b) Lappa Arctium Ø 5drops… BDPC….17/2/06
Again red patches with itching started with little oozing started appearing.
6) a) Sarsaparilla 10M/2dose OD for 2days
b) Phytum 30/30 days…….27/3/06
Situation aggravated covering entire upper & lower parts of both hands & small area of neck with profuse oozing of white liquid accompanied with a bit of scaling. Affected areas moistened with mixture of coconut oil+ neem leaves +Garlic after boiling & cooling but the situation worsened with fire-burnt looking appearance and also burning sensation is felt & ulcer like feeling & surrounded by lots of blisters/boils. It was suggested that if the situation doesn’t improve then try next drug. I am yet to use new drugs.
7) Morgan pure 32/ 2 dose…12/4/06.

Suggestion:-
1) Is treatment is going on in right direction? Whether there is any chance of improvement after time gap? what is my disease?
2) Whether I will shift to Morgan Pure 32?
3) Should I shift to allopath to arrest the spread & continue homeopathy simultaneously.

Please help at your earliest disposal to get over with my dilemma.

a few issues here..............
when you first had symptoms your visit to an allopath has caused major suppression to happen via topical use of lotions/cream,this may cause an immed. amel. but in the long run will cause a return of symptomology with a vengance. so you have been taking homeopathic remedies under the guidance of a practicioner,this is good. The symptoms might be worse right now due to the allopathic suppressions comming out to the surface.
The bowel nosode you listed' morgan pure' has no 'remedy relationship to the other remedies you have been given so far.......dont know why yourhomeopath gave you this? unless he is going by the 'mentals only' and this i cannot comment on,i dont know you well enough,he does. But with mental symptoms in mind the potency should be much higher(32?). It is all too difficult to comment on,your best bet is to ask your own homeopath.

thanks you for the reply. But what do you feel that how long it will take to cure it completely at least externally. It seems that now it is drying up but lots of prickle type are comming out of my neck,face and in the hand.

can you kindly tell the name of the disease. whether i am suffering from Eczema?

As long as you still have an internal imbalance of sorts there will be external symptomology. Dont know what you have i'm not your homeopath. In homeopathy the entire person (physical,mental,emotional) is treated not only the skin ailment you called 'eczema'.................

The more suppression via allopathic meds the longer it takes to heal,i dont have an answer for you ,each patient heals at their own pace of course depending on the 'well chosen homeopathic remedy',if it's not the correct remedy nothing will happen.

Your suggestions have been is of immense help to me. Since, my doctor doesn’t reveal the direction of the treatment I get confused and feel like talking your opinion regarding this. I have taken Morgan Pure 32 on 21st April preceded by Sarsaparilla 10M & Phytum on 28th April. I have visited him on May 1st when apparently my rashes in hands dried up but still there was redness in affected areas. However, rubbing against the affected areas with Synthetic “Churni” (dress I was wearing) led to coming of some blood, he has said irritants has come off the surface & given me Solarum Nigrum- ∂/ 10ml to be taken after his consultation after 1 week. But very day severe itching started with oozing followed then started drying next day situation improved in great extent on Friday i.e. 5th with scaling then again next on Saturday again irritation started & aggravated on Monday with profuse white oozing & red patches appearing on the Legs with irritation.
Please help me to know that whether situation is aggravating to original form after good improvement or is it the part of healing process with more scaling leading to natural skin colour? Whether new drugs (Solarum Nigrum- ∂/ 10ml) will further aggravate or improve the condition? I seem to experience the irritants only during summer and not in winter.
