i was wondering if anyone knew any good ideas for helping a sore throat..i woke up this morning and it hurt to swallow!..thanks

if you've got a sore throat, you should check out this site

http://www.farmersalmanactv.com/natural_cures/

they have some good stuff on how to cure a sore throat, and some stuff on stuffy noses and such.
