Dear Fellows: Greetings:
I am a new entrant to Homeopathy. I have just done my diploma exams from OCHM, Canada and shall soon start practice.
I know a boy born on 22nd May: 2003 with apparently good scrotum but it was lateron, after about three/four months found that the left one is un-descened. Surgeries took place as follows:

a. Nairobi Hospital - surgeon reported test non exten
b. Johannesburg Hospital - could not trace the left testical
c. Sick children hospital London - could not tace the left testical

It was however established that the left testical is not there and that the boy would lead a successful sexual life and would not be able to produce any children.

This was not disclosed to the boy until after marriage in 2003, when he went for the sperm count. He took it confidently and was aware that there are so many couple, despite having both testicles, could not have children, one way or the other.

After about two and half years or three years of marriage the boy has not started feeling that he is unable to satisfy his wife sexually for which he was feeling very uncomfortable and had to resort to some harmonal supplements.

This supplemental treatment may not be able to produce the desired results all the times unless a permanent solution is available.

The problem may kindly be seen from two perspectives:

a. Sexual satisfaction for self and wife in the bed
b. If there can be a way out for sperm production to the extent needed.

I would request my all senior members and other junior members of this forum to kindly provide guidance / assistance to this young man to save his life / marriage and it would certainly be an act of philinthrophy in all respects. I thank you all of you in advance.

First of all you select his constitutional medicine as well as the remedy for the present symptoms and its better to consult your teachers to guide you to take the case.In such cases I got good results by treating patients with a higher dose of Constitutional medicine and wait for 15 days with out any medicine,then collect the symptoms again and start the remedy as per symptoms.Go Through the MM and you will find Damianna,Tribulus Terrestris,Yohimbinum,Onosmodium etc. helpful for this purpose as specific,but as you might have studied that homoeopathic treats the patient not the disease,its better to find out the medicine as per symptom and give one remedy and monitor.So it needs an experienced Homeopath to handle the case,for that you can take one of teacher as your guide to start with.Hope to see you as a successful Homeopathic Practitioner in future.
