It may be possible to reverse this with the constitutional remedy. If it did for someone else, then its possible.

I haven't treated a case with this symptom before, though I have treated any number of cases with bad effects of antibiotics expressed in other ways.

Over the course of treatment, complete detoxification takes place.

Hi Tanstar, if you are so senstive to remedies, I doubt you should "try" anything.

Ideally the remedy to deal with this symtposm also takes into account other symptoms going on right now. Also, yes a properly matched constitutional remedy will overcome this symptom.
A quick look at some rubrics the remedies:
Sepia, Sulph, Berberis, Thuja and Kreosote came up.

Obviously this has to be decided by someone who is dealing with your whole case. This "accessory symptom" should be covered by the next indicated remedy. This symptom is more importantly a symptom that your own constitution is capable of developing.

Default A Patient Is A Patient

It is a great mistake to expect the patient to be correct.

First thing : a child going to a dentist, means there WAS a problem.

Second thing : there cannot be ANY antibiotic which will discolour teeth overnight.

TanStar,
Tetracycline is A broadspectrum antimicrobial- in Safety Alert it is there that if given to pregnant women and children there may be Retardation of bone growth and tooth discolouration(http://www.drugs.com/tetracycline.html).

If you are not getting result from homeopathic remedies in this connection toutopathy(http://www.hpathy.com/tautopathy/tautopathy.asp)may help you.You can talk about that with your Homeopath.I have treated many cases when I found the symptoms are due too some Antibiotic reaction and could not be managed with other Homeopathic remedies with successful results.

Dear Tanstar,
I have the same discolouration of teeth due to tetracycline as you have.My dentist had told me that it is incurable,so I never tried to treat it.If you do succeed in treating yourself please do post back
