Default candida nosode advice

Dear Forum members,
I would very much appreciate advice on how to use the Candida Nosode 15X for a long standing, chronic candida infection. Also, how would I use it for my children (ages 10 - 19) who I believe need it as well, to a certain extent. Can a nosode of low potency be used (one drop) daily with no danger of creating a worse situation with candida? Can such a use of this nosode provide protection to my children who I feel have a familial tendency toward candida infections?
Thank you very much. I appreciate being able to ask advice about this.

Dear G
It is not that simple, you cannot get rid of candida by taking this nosode alone, there has to be a change of dietary habits many items must be ommited from foods/drinks such as NO DAIRY OF ANY KIND, No sugars,no alcohol. more can be found at www.candidasupport.org
www.yeastconnection.com
www.candidafree.net
a whole list of detoxing herbs need to be taken aswell.
Please see a trained homeopath for a full casetaking

Dear Gina,
Thank you very much for your reply. I have so much to learn, but one thing I have been studying for years is candida. I was wondering how to use the candida nosode in addition to all the other things that we must do to combat its overgrowth. We live far, far from any homeopaths! At any rate, if there are simple treatment guidelines, or a treatment schedule you can suggest, I would be grateful, but understand if it is not possible!
Again, thank you so much.
God bless.

Default Never Use Isopathy

- using candida for candida infection was part of my learning experience in my early days in homeopathy.

I used it for a young teacher and it GOT RID of the yeast infection.

BUT

Three weeks later she contacted me - she was feeling ill but could not be specific, After much thought I concluded that I had SUPPRESSED the infection .

I gave her Sulfur 1M and the infection returned and then vanished. A valuable lesson in homeopathy , for me - and perhaps you.

Heavens! Dear Passkey! I have SO much to learn. I understand that what I need to do is not to attempt to "blanket treat" the eight members of our family but rather to look at each as individuals, and try (and pray) to treat them as such. Our oldest daughter is planning to become a certified homeopath, which is very thrilling to us all. In the meantime, we will do the best we can here.
Thank you very much for your reply. Even though I wish I could have a definite "course of treatment", it is not to be. Some serious thought is required here and I must confess, I feel a bit intimidated because I know so little. One more question that perhaps, cannot be answered either: Could I cause harm with this nosode of only 15X? (I only use low potencies of our remedies for fear of causing harm.) It is my understanding that potencies in the X range do not "stay" in the body very long.
Thank you, Passkey. God bless.

Dear G
Yes as passkey has mentioned you can cause even more problems than you already have now by giving homeopathic remedies with little or no knowledge of its vital principles. Candida can encompas your entire system not only symptoms of a yeast infection,i have a patient with such bad candida it went deep into her brain. It took over a year of homeopathic monotoring/follow-up visits (and her change of eating habits),most are not committed to the verry end,its a long haul before you see healing. Many obticles you need to avoid, its not just 'take a nosode'. The downfall is usually taking antibiotics, many think these are fine to take no adverse effects that cause lingering symptoms, but they are wrong. To detox the system from ANY antibiotic use is difficult. As passkey also mentioned follow-up homeopathic remedies must be used not only the candida nosode. here is the link to THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR HOMEOPATHY directory www.homeopathic.org
please make an appt. with a trained homeopath many listed on this link
