After a lot of "looking for a solution", my regular doctor suggested that I should be operated to my nose. I had deviated septum, sinnusitis and polyps.
One year after the operation, I still don't breethe through the nose and I have sleep apnea.

Allopathic doctors are famous for making a diagnosis of 'sorts',then what follows is 'you need surgery'..............
Try and find out instead how to build up your immune system,do some research on natural healing,detoxing your system,and perhaps change your eating drinking habits. An example for instance that might lead you towards 'sinus' imbalance is drinking milk products/eating dairy,this may cause severe buildup of congestion/muchous. antibiotics can cause adverse effects like yeast/candida/allergies/sinus problems.........aggravated by dairy.
