I have two questions. I'm looking at Merucius Vives as a possible remedy for myself. I have seen Mercurius Solubilis in Boron's rack at my health food store. (1) What is the difference between Mercurius Solubilis and Mercurius Vives? (2) Why is there no "reversed repertorisation" for Mercurius Solubilis in the Reversed Kent's Repertory? Thanks, Tony |

Mercury is referred by various names :
a. Quicksilver b. Argentum vivum c. Mercurius oxydulatus niger d. Mercurius solubilis Hahnemanni e. Mercurius vivus Hahnemann and his group proved (the most pure) Mercurius solubilis. These symptoms are given in Materia Medica Pura. In the second part of the Chronic Diseases Hahnemann suggests the speediest, easiest and most perfect manner, in which the most pure (thermometer grade) metal is triturated like all other dry medicinal substances. |
