Default excess body hair, hair thinning & eczema

Hi
I am 23, female and from Pakistan. About 4 years a go, I was diagnosed with a cyst on my right ovary (not PCOS, just a small cyst)...it was around that time I noticed exceess body hair (face, abdomen, breast, legs and arms). The doctor didn't prescribe any medicine for the cyst and I just dealt with the hair by using different hair removal methods (plucking, and waxing mostly).
I noticed that my hair on the head was thinning....my part is widening, but the hair loss is gradual (no bald spots). I don't shed as much hair as before, but I am still losing more than I should.
I also started getting skin problems on my arms. After waxing the arms, I get ingrown hair, that cause inflammation and bumps on the skin and is very itchy. They leave behind scars. When I showed this to the doctor, he diagnosed it as dry eczema and prescribed an anti-inflammatory creme (Amcort) to apply twice daily. The creme reduced the inflammation and itchiness but I still get the ingrown hair.
Anyways, a week ago I had a pelvic ultrasound and blood/urine tests. The ulrasound results are positive (no cyst on the ovary and uterus, bladder and kidneys are perfectly normal). But now my cholesterol level is slightly higher than normal (less than 5.0 is normal, and mine is 5.2) and testosterone level is also slightly higher. All other hormones are normal.
I was surprised about the high cholesterol level, since my weight is normal and I don't eat fatty food. I eat veges, fruits, red meat, and chicken (no pork!)...all at moderate levels. I also exercise 3 times a week for 30 mins.
My menstrual cycle is regular (some times a week late)...blood flow is also normal.
My major concern is the excess body hair, hair thinning on my head, and dry eczema on the arms.

So are there any homeopathic medicines I can take to cure all this?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Default hi

If is cureable in Homopathy. But you should consult with an homeopath, coz it need total case history to pescribe a homeoathic medicine. There are many good homeoapth in Pakisthan. Don't worry it is cureable in homeopathy.

Dear ella
I think you posted this same message in Hpathy forum, the answer is the same............You must make an appt. with a classical trained homeopath in your area, and yes it can be healed via homeopathy but only with lenthy proper casetaking not here on line,as your problem persists longer and longer it gets more complicated to heal,do not use suppressive creams/lotions that will only make it worse......................

Hi Roy and Gina,
First of all thanks for replying back.
Secondly, I did consult a homeopath and she gave me petroleum 30 for my eczema, cholestrinum and phytolacca 30 to lower my cholesterol, and Pulstilla 200 for my hormonal problem.
I actually came here to get a second opinion. I also spent a few hours reading the posts about Bettina, and noticed that she posted very detailed posts and my homeopath didnt ask me any such questions, just a few and prescribed these medicines. So I am a little concerned about my prescription now.
I know there are alot of homeopaths in Pakistan, but the problem is that I don't live in Pakistan....and its hard to find good homeopaths here.
I would be willing to answer any detailed questions that you may need to ask me to ensure that it is the right prescription for me. I just dont want to eat these medicines and have the opposite effect.
By the way, how's Bettina doing? I hope she is perfectly healthy and happy now. I read that she went into a private forum. Did she lose the weight she wanted to. Did she lose the facial hair? I understand her situation because I have to cope with it too, but luckily I dont have a serious weight problem. I am 5 feet fall, and weigh 117 pounds. Acording to charts on the net my weight should be between 95 pounds to 125 pounds, so I am in the range. Except I feel I need to shape my body, and lose about 15 pounds. I really want to lose all the fat on my belly, and make it less buldgy.Currently I am trying to do that, by just eating 1/3 less than I used to, and exercising. I either jog on the treadmill, jump on the trampoline, or do Pilates and sit ups. I started this a month a go and have managed to lose 3 pounds.
I was thinking of typing up information about my feelings, mood and what i like/dislike so you have a better understanding of who I am, and tell me if medicines prescribed for me are right for me. But I have to go out at the moment and will do so later.

Thanks for your time.
Ella

Dear ella
It all depends on what type of appt you made
1- acute appt. normally lasts 30 min (these appt. look only for illness that is short term like one day one week, two weeks )
2- a full lenthy 2 hour casetaking regards chronic imbalance, where they ask you emotional/mental/physical.......questions. (these appt are much more expensive but in the long run worth it)
Hope this explains it...................
