Exclamation Ventriculomegaly/Gestational Situation

My friend had an ultrasound yesterday and from this learned
that her baby girl has ventriculomegaly. Basically, this
means that she is carrying too much fluid in her
brain. The desired ventricle measurement throughout
14 to 38 weeks of gestation is 7.6 mm. 8 mm to 10 mm
is considered the upper range of normal. 11 mm to 15
mm is called ventriculomegaly. Above 15 mm is
hydrocephalus. The baby is at 11 mm. She is 22 weeks
pregnant.

Does anyone have experience with this or can recommend
possible homeopath or naturopath pointers or persons
to go to with questions?

Default Is B12 a neuro-hormone ? and Its role in embryogensis

Greetings

Surprisely, a great concentration of B12 is found in the Pineal Gland.
What is its nutritional role in genetics and embryogensis ?

You have written :

In holistic medicine, great importance is placed on three aspects:
The Physical, The Mental and The Spiritual. You have merely described the malforming measurements of a developing foetus. You have not given us any information on the past/present history of your friend's obstetric and gynaecological background. Neither have you briefly mentioned the Socio-Economic, Psycho-Social or the Marital/Spiritual status of your friend. The past/present history of the patient is of paramount importance in guiding the treatment of the patient.

We are what we eat
We are what we drink
We are what we breathe
We are what we think
We are what we do or practise.

The developing foetus is greatly influenced by the maternal input.

My previous posting presents just one aspect of the subject in question : the malefic influence of malnutrition or deficiency on the organogenesis of the growing foetus.

Incidentally, I have mentioned the applied aspect of nutritional science
on congenital abnormalities in my webpage " Cell-salts or Tissue salts "
in URL:

I am sure there will be more contributions from members of the forum.

Default Injectable B12 : 1 ml = 1000mcg

I adopt the following regime:

Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection: the usual initial dose is 0.25 to 1 mg on alternate days for 1 to 2 weeks, followed by 250 mcg weekly until blood count is normal, then a maintenance dose of 1 mg monthly or as directed by the physician.

Presentation: Vitamin B12 -Cyanocobalamin

10 ml multidose , 1000 mcg in each ml
