Question Homeopathic alternatives to anti inflammatory and painkillers

Please can someone help - I am trying to find an alternative to painkillers and anti inflammatory medicines for my neck which I injured in a car accident 4 months ago.

At the time I used Arnica and Aconite successfully but sometime over the past couple of days the pain has come back - I'm not sure why, I am not aware of having overstrained or twisted or anything.

My neck is now swollen and painful on the left side - its muscular pain. The right side is totally unaffected.

My doc recommended ibuprofen and painkillers but I dont want to use allopathic drugs. Please can you suggest something.

Thanking you in advance

Arnica is definitely one of the leading remedy for injuries.
We presecribes acute conditions successfully, not with specific medicines but with indicated one. Other remedies to study from the scanty explanation are
Bell, Rhus Tox,Apis,Bellis per etc. Better to see a hompath in person so that he can see and prescribe.

Talking Homeopathy rocks!

I managed to get in touch with my homeopath (I posted because I could not get her on the phone). And taking into account her suggestion and those from my post I went with Bryonia 200 in the morning and Arnica 30 in water through the day and within 2 days I was much better and totally better in 5 days!

Thank you for taking the time to reply!
