Have any of you ever seen or heard of people growing cartalidge later on in life? I ask because I have what I’m pretty sure is cartalidge growth on the tip of my nose but only on one side. It is not unsightly yet, but it started growing about 8 months ago and continues to grow. From the research I have done on it, I guess it sometimes happens in patients who have had nose jobs, the cartalidge can just grow back, but I’ve never had a nose job…I’m hoping I won’t ever have to. My holistic dentists said that my saliva is throwing a lot of calcium, she can tell by how fast plaque is building on my teeth. She suggested I supplement with magnesium to absorb some of the caclium…do you think the excess calcium in my body and this cartalidge growth are related?? I have a spot on each ear which has some extra deposits of cartalidge, but these have been there since I was little, my nose started doing this when I was 27. And no, I have not been lying I will mention this to my homeopath on my next visit but I wanted to see if you guys had ever heard of this or had any input. I just hope it stops soon.

While Holistic things are the first choice, I am sure, being a smart person, you must have undergone the usual battery of diagnostic tests via your allopath to ensure that there aren't any other changes/problems simmering.

Balancing Calcium with Magnesium seems incorrect approach to me. Have you ever seen people growing cartilage with excess calcium consumption? Its not normal and should be investigated.

What is that you are doing different or strange. Imo, find the root cause and you can address the problem, otherwise it can be a hit & miss.

Are you taking balanced diet from the known or regular sources people normally use or are taking any exotic route. What about your exercise routine & pattern.

Its a food for thought.

I"d say, a good homeopathic remedy will easily balance out the abnormal calcium levels. Usually a calcium group remedy maybe the one you need right now.

Check that your homeopath is aware of the growing "cartilage", because the right remedy should be correcting that.

THe magnesium was suggested by my dentist as my saliva was throwing a lot of calcium, it had nothing to do with my nose.

I've tried to think of anything I could have done differently and I can't come up with anything. I've done a number of cleanses since then, and changed my eating habits, but this started well before I did any of that.

Dr Compton Burnett quotes a case of his where a young man had two knuckles grow together with cartalidge .

He used low Silica 3x repeated fairly frequently over a period of three months.

Where can I find any information about that....did the silica make the cart go away??

Also came up with one thing that I have done differently, I started cleaning windows a little before this started, I'll nix that solution for something more friendly but I don't think anything I do will reverse the damage already done...

Also, would their be a problem to adding that silica regimen to the carcinosun 200c dose that I took on monday??
