Default Ulnar nerve condition.

This may have been covered elsewhere, so apologies in advance. About three months ago, I noticed a tingling in my small and ring fingers of my left hand. As a result of my own investigations and manipulations, I can only guess that it is Ulnar related. I live in a 'working class' (whats left of us !) area, and have little faith in the U.K Health service. My G.P's surgery for example has appointment cards with the word 'SORTED' emblazoned on them. Those of you that are 'read' on Popular culture will find this amusing, it would appear that legalised 'Drug dealing' has taken an old phrase from the heyday of MDMA abuse in mid 90's Britain.
I would appreciate entering into discussion with any people that have knowledge of this condition and could assist me in taking a non NSAID route to assist me in some level of recovery.
Many thanks
Mark

It may not be related to your ulnar nerve.
It could be related to your cervical spine

Many thanks for your response, hope you are well.
I am a 40 y/o male, and body has been abused by manual labour and driving over the years. Quit drinking 2 years ago, quit smoking four months ago. Have managed Lower back pain for two years, it was diagnosed as Osteoarthritis. Got fit, lost a stone and started walking to good results. Am looking lead my life with managed and improved posture for the future, so would investigating this, crossover with attention to the area that you mention ? Have heard that spine can cause aches and arm problems.
Again, thanks for the response and regards from chilly Cardiff (someones got to live here
