Default Hypothyroidism?

Need an alternative opinion.

26 yrs old male here - active in bodybuilding for 4 years.

I tested negative for antithyroid antibodies.
Low T4, low T3, hight TSH.

Cold intolerant - hair loss - itchy flaky skin - memory problems - low bp - slow hr... Easily stressed.

Throat has been a problem since I was a kid - tonsils problems. They hurt before I get sick. I think they are too sensitive.

THYROID STUDIES
TRIIODOTHYRONINE FREE --2.9-- 2.3 - 4.2 PG/ML
FREE THYROXINE (FT4) --1.2-- 0.8 - 1.8 NG/DL
TSH (3RD GENERATION) --3.325-- 0.35 - 5.50 MCIU/ML

Please note that the normal ranges have changed.
I have no heavy metals toxicity (hair analyisis)
Please, do not recommend anything to me that helps T4-T3 conversion, because it's clear that my T4 output is low to begin with. My thyroid gland seems to be the problem.

Mineral hair analysis showed high Ca levels and high Zinc levels.

I appreciate any thoughts you have on that or help that you may give.

Thank you, looking forward to get some expert advice for my health.

Loony

Seems clear to me that your FT3 and FT4 are NOT low. Though the TSH is too high and you are having symptoms. You need to do some thyroid support and/or a trial of thyroid hormone replacement to support your gland that seems to be beginning to fail.

A good homeopathic remedy based on complete case taking and analysis will certainly help. Your case should be monitored though.
