I have had panic attacks for about 7 years now. Sometimes worse than others. (I am 32, female, 126lbs., and 5'5). Right now they are extremely bad, to the point where I can't leave the house anymore. I start throwing up, diarreah, headaches, sweating, heartracing, dizziness and shaking uncontrolably. Iam extremely scared of crowds and passing out, throwing up, or soiling myself in public.It never happened to more so far, but the fear of it happening doesn't go away and just gets more intense.I also have been diagnosed with OCD and depression. So finally I looked up a homeopathic site today to look for herbal remedies and found that the best for me is Gelsemium, but when I looked it up to order I found 3 different kinds. 1 for cough and flu symptoms, 1 for nervous conditions and cough and flu (yasmin was the other active incredient) and one that was just called gelsemium, but didn't include anxiety attacks as symtoms to be treated. My question is which one should I buy or do you have any other suggestions? My husband is military and gone a lot (he's also gone for a few months right now) and I need to be able to go to the store for groceries. When he's home I depend on him to do the shopping if I have bad days. I also don't have any friends in this area since we just moved here. Please help me. This is urgent! Generally speaking even a homeopath knows better than to treat themself. You really need to see a professional homeopath for help. Im sure your situation would be greatly improved by homeopathic medicine. No doubt someone on this board can get you in contact with one in your area.

I agree with Matt- don't try and treat this yourself. Get some professional help.
Homeopathic remedies (not herbal) can have a wonderful effect on symptoms like yours but you need a professional homeopath to be able to find the correct one for you- there are thousands to choose from!

If you're able to see someone locally, we could suggest some that lives close to you. Otherwise phone consults are the other alternative.
