Depends on what you mean by side effects!

The correct remedy may cause an aggravation- a good sign- but needs to be managed by a qualified Homeopath.

Also if you take a remedy for too long it could produce proving symptoms.

A remedy given in too high of a potency to a sensitive or pathologically advance person may also produce unwanted symptoms. For some reason we dont call them side effects but can be very unpleasant. They can however be managed - better still avoided by proper prescribing methods.
