i ´m taking for depression symptoms:

zincum metalicum 5CH (10 drops 5 times a day)every other day
phosphoricum acidum 20 CH (10 drops 5 times a day)every other day

started to feel a lot beter after 3 weeks of (improvemet about 50%)taking but at 5 weeks started to feel litle bit worst.
I´m at 7 weeks now and maybe feel 10% better then before starting the treatment
Is it possible to be proving the remedies? should i reduce or stop ?

You should NEVER be on any medication -- allopathic or homeopathic for any long period of time!.

Normally - according to potency-- 3 days to 10\14 days max and await results.

If the condition eases STOP the remedy and only resume when the condition worsens, NB this is a rule of thumb thing.

Please tell me if a person feels about 50 % better can stop the homeopathic remedies and still continue to improve by itself?
The remedies shouldn´t be taken until a person reaches 100%?

Homeopathy is not like conventional medicine- you do not need to take it continuosly.

Homeopathy gives your vital force a nudge in the right direction then it can usually do the rest of the work itself.

instead of trying your own stuff in case of takin medicines like dosage and the time for the medicine to be taken take a consultattion from a specalist
try not to play or mess around wuth any allopathic or homeopathic drugs
