Default Vaginal Warts?

Can someone please help me,

My husband noticed last week as he was going to preform oral sex on me, bumps, he said they looked like vaginal warts, but I never had sex with anybody but himm I have two kids and never been diagnosed with anything in my life, I always go for my general pap smear and it always shows up negative, is there any other way I could have received this, because we don't have any other sexual partners. Or could it be something else, because they are getting bigger and it's irrating me . How the hell could I ever had this. Could smoking cause because i read online that smoking can be one of the causes.

Please help me someone.

Hi Sapphire - This isn't necessarily vaginal warts. There are a lot of glands in the area and since you say the bumps are getting bigger - it's probably just inflammation of one of the glands. I would ask your husband how he knows what vaginal warts look like...

If it is indeed inflammation (like a boil), as I suspect, then hopefully it will supperate soon (burst - just like a boil or pimple would burst and heal).

You could go to your gynecologist and ask him/her to check things - but beware of any treatments s/he might offer because they are likely to be suppressive (not good!!). Find a good homeopath who can treat whatever it turns out to be - for the best results for your overall health.

Best wishes

Hi LisaAnnan,

Thank you very much for your advice. The thing is he said they look cauliflower looking and they are getting bigger and I've also noticed a couple more growing that way, I've looked at a couple of pictures online and on of them do look like that. Should I still go to the gyno I'm so scared and embarresed I don't know what to do. Would there be any home treatments that I could do. Please help me they are also starting to burn and irrate me.

Thank you Saphire2545

Dear Saphire
If you know 100% for sure they are genitalwarts (confirmed via a gyno visit) Then follow that up with a visit to a classical trained homeopath close to you, dont do this on your own because it might be suppressed via the improper remedy dont smear anything topical on them. I hate to say it but it can be spread via male to female (meaning hubby to you) it has happened, its verry contagious, and not via smoking. through sexual contact.
Dont start blaming anyone just get it taken care of while its in the acute stage dont wait too long dont suppress it via allopathic meds or lotions.
Best of luck

Hi Sapphire,

If it looks like the pictures you viewed then I would definitely go to the gynecologist and just make sure of the diagnosis. But, heed Gina's advice on treatment - because the allopathic way of treating is suppressive and will cause you further problems down the line.

As Gina said, t's definitely very contagious - and spread via sexual contact. It must be very upsetting for you - but as Gina also said - don't worry about blame. Just get it sorted while it's in the acute stage.

Often, warts will appear three to six months after infection but latency periods of many months or even years have been reported. Developing genital warts during a long-term relationship does not necessarily imply infidelity.
I found the above quote (found under "Treatment of HPV") on this link: http://www.dermnetnz.org/viral/genital-warts.html

I definitely would NOT advocate the treatment recommended on that link -- but thought the above quote might be helpful to you.

Smile warts...very common!

FYI: 70% of americans have genital warts at some point in their lives!

STDs should not be something people are ashamed of. Something SO contagious and essentially NORMAL should not be something shameful!

If someone accidentally passed a common cold onto you, wouldn't you take care of yourself? And who would you blame? Probably, noone, this stuff just happens.

Take care of yourself, get checked out, make sure your husband gets checked out, it is TREATABLE, and before you know it, you'll be back to normal.

Default From a miasmatic point of view

You were possibly born with a predisposition [hereditary] to the Sycotic manifestation of warts .

Any early age vaccination would tend to throw it to the surface.

ALL miasmatic manifestations are held in check by the inborn vitality of the body . Only in times of stress or trauma are they brought to the surface.
