I've been taking 5 pellets of 30C AM before I walk 5 miles and my feet finally don't hurt but I've woken dizzy a few times, today being one of them. Any connection??

I've been taking AM for only about 10 days. I take it before I walk and work out at the gym because my feet always hurt. My dizziness isn't the world spinning, my head feels like it is spinning but nothing around me is moving. It's been about 4 hours since I woke up and I still feel a bit dizzy but not as bad.

If you have taken Arnica for 10 days you are probably starting to 'prove' it and yes dizziness is in its picture!

Stop the remedy immediately!

Will the dizziness from AM go away soon? Should I never take it again? I thought it was safe to take so what is happening to me? If this did it to me, should I never give it to my kids?

I am very confused. I have read posts that people take AM every day with great results.

Should I take anything to get rid of the dizziness?

You should not have to take Homeopathic remedies every day.
This is not the same as conventional medicines.
Put simply--Homeopathy heals by giving your body a stimulus to start healing itself.

If you take a remedy for a long time like this it can eventually start to produce its 'proving symptoms'.

I am not sure how much you know about Homeopathy - but all remedies are proved (tested) on healthy people. The remedy is taken for a while and all the symptoms they experience are written down. We then know exactly what the particular remedy is capable of when given to a patient who is suffering these same symptoms.
This is how Homeopathy works- like cures like.
If however someone takes a remedy for a long time like you have you end up proving the remedy.

I am not saying you should never take Homeopathic remedies again -- do not panic!
But please do not take a remedy repeatedly like this- it's not how Homeopathy works.
If you take the correct 'well indicated' remedy you would only need to take it for a very short time - maybe even 1 or 2 doses- and it would have a positive effect.

It's like putting the correct fuel in your car then driving around with your choke full out! Eventually you will flood the engine and the car will not work properly !!!!
