I am 36 years of age, 5’ 7” and avg. weight. In the age of 15, I got in the habit of masturbation. And afterwards, it became necessity, coz I could not sleep without it.

In the age of 22, complaints of itching and moisture started. I used allopathic medicine such as Genticine to get rid of itching and even visited allopathic doctors. It did worked for a week or two and then the same complaint started again.

After marriage, (8 years ago), the complaint became more severe and irresistible. Now even the genticine don’t work.

The Chief complaint is itching and moisture between scrotum and thighs, starting from right side, extending to perineum. If I use no medicine (of course it would be hard enough to live with such condition), the skin near anus would become rashes as if scratched with nail (even if I have scratched). Aggravates after I change clothes after days work.

The problem of itching and moisture normally aggravates once I have changed and into bed in the evening mostly. Scratching don’t relieves symptoms. Have to wash the organ with some medicated soap, but it relieves for quite some time (an hour only).

The above-mentioned condition is when I am bit comfortable. The worse condition is that it continues the whole day. If I use no medicine, small pus filled boil will appear, creating severe itching and moisture.

Irresistible unrest in legs during sleep which wakes me up. To get rid of this unrest have to masturbate. One more thing, I must confess (may be helpful in repertisting this case), when I masturbate, I don’t let the fluid ejaculate. Instead, I used to press it till there is no flow. I usually say that if I am sleeping and a blast occurs, it won’t wake me up. But the unrest in legs has changed belief.

No problem at all with erection. I have Excessive sexual excitement, itching aggravates after intercourse. I’ve lost my memory (though I was very good in my memory), very forgetful, cannot remember what have just been discussed, cannot remember people faces and names. I cannot talk to people, if I would speak some foolish. Hesitate to go into gatherings and even open air. Like to sit in my room or in office. Don’t talk too much.

In food, rice is almost included everyday in my food along with some meat (chicken or mutton). I eat almost any things but love to eat meat and rice. I feel mostly thirsty. Takes too much water (whether I am at work or at home). Takes 6 big cups of tea everyday with sugar.

Generally, my hands are hot as if I have temperature (even in winter). Tongue is white (pale) in centre and pink at sides.

One would find my find desk in office with scattered papers. Try to manage it mostly but once I am at some task, it would look scattered once again. In house, I am careless, I don’t care where I take off my shoes, where do I put my towel or socks.

I visited a Homeopathic doctor in our area. After one year of continuous visiting the doctor, the problem was overcomed. But soon after I left the medicine, the problem started again. I am not aware which medicine the doctor has been giving to me.

Once the problem re-started, I visited the Homeopath again, but now his medicine did not provided any relief. As per him, he has been giving me Hepar Sulphur.

After that I used different web sites to get a suitable medicine. None of them could give good results.

I have used the following remedies:

• Sulphar 30
• Psorinum 30
• Thuja 30
• Carb-V 200
• Nat-M 30

I used sulphar, psoirum and thuja for a very little time (3 days) as one remedy (prescribed by a h/doctor).


None give me relief, except Carb-V 200. It seems that it is working. But it creates anxiety and I can feel blood rushing towards my head. Even I can see a red spot on my left wrist.

Nat-M also seemed working, but it created a weakness in bones and a feeling like my legs were not with me (used for about 3 days).

Now I am using Carb-V 200 (2 drops morning and 2 evening) (for the last one week). It has stopped the moisture but erotic itching is still there.

I think I have supplied sufficient information. If you think, I must supply some more info. Please let me know. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET OUT OF THIS SITUATION.

Presently, I am visiting a homeopath in our area, once again. He is giving me Rhus T (as being told by him). The symptoms seems to be better, but once stopped the medicine, it reoccurs. Last week he has increased potency, but still it is not working.

Using homeopathy software installed by the homeopath, consistently prescribes “Sulphar”, but the homeopath rejects its use all the time. I would appreciate, if somebody, repertoize this case using Radar or even using his knowledge or previous cured cases and prescribe some remedy.

It is quite common for Sulphur to come the highest in skin diseases. But there are several other skin leaders. It is next to impossible to accurately prescribe for a skin problem through internet.

You need to have a face to face consultation with a good homoeopath in Karachi.

I would really appreciate your help. I'm not sure if you know but I have been suffering from Vulva itching for 10 years now. I have seen serveral Homeopathic doctors in London but no one has been able to cure me. The Homeopathic doctors here in London are very different from the ones in Pakistan.
