I'm not sure if this is the right board of the forum to ask this question, but here goes...

I'm having all four wisdom teeth extracted in two days time, and a friend gave me a small tube filled with pilules of Arnica 30C, but didn't tell me how to use them.

What dosages should I take over the next few days? Do I dissolve the pilules in water, or place them under my tongue?

2 pills hourly after extraction for up to 10 doses.Dissolve pills in the mouth- leave at least 10 mins before/ after eating drinking etc.

And often, just 2-3 doses (of a couple of pills each) are more than enough. 2-3 hours apart is helpful as well.

My suggestion is as follows. Disolve 'one' pill/pellet in a small bottle of water 6 oz. Then succuss (shake) 10x prior to each sip taken. take a sip as you need it for recovery of bleeding /pain.One sip every 15 min is possible in the verry beginning,then less as you are healing.Place the bottle near you,this way you dont have to keep looking for more pills,the 'water 'in the bottle becomes a vehicle for the arnica(all the water becomes arnica).

Press base twice to release 2 pillules into cap, unscrew cap and without touching pillules tip them into the mouth. Chew or let dissolve in mouth 2 pillules every 2 hours for the first 6 doses, then 2 pillules 4 times daily. Take between meals.
