I am posting on behalf of my husband.For as long as he can remember he has had a problem with some form of congestion. He has been diagnosed with sinusitis about three years ago but even after treatment he has never felt any better.He has been to the dr so many times ,but he just tells him to go and steam is head with decongestant.My husband constantly steams his head and this is not helping.He is off balance sometimes and dizzy,he has cold and flu symptoms all the time.He also has alot of stomach problems, his stomach gets upset very easily. He has thick sticky yellow catarrh in the mornings.He had labyrinthitis a couple of months ago which we used a homeopathic remedy to cure, the vertigo has gone but he hasn't totally recovered. His homeopath told him he still has sinusitis and gave him kali birch for that but it didn't work.He has had so may remedies over the last couple of months that i've lost count.I try to watch his diet.He cut out chocolate about six months ago,we aslo cut out pasta and potato on the homeopaths advice but still nothing.He also feels pressure from the neck up and he feels his pulse throughout his body which he thinks causes him to sway.he always complains of heaviness in his head.His eyes are often red in the night.
I am sorry this is so long. I would be so grateful for any help or advice.

thing is to try low potency Puls say 3x or 6x , twice a day for a week. Have a gap of a week and then use Silica 3x or 6x for a week ... wait at least two weeks after to judge results.

I thought I would just quickly update you as to my husbands condition.
He took the puls for a week and then took the week break and now he has just started taking the silica. During the week break he says his symptoms were worse but again he's not sure if its the weather. Since the labs he has become very sensitive to weather changes.Now he feels pressure in the sinus area and around the eyes.He is also alittle unsteady when looking around.Also when he sneezes he smells a odour from the mucus.Although he hardly ever sneezes.
Is this to be expected and should he carry on with the course?

p.s. I forget to mention that since he has been on homeopathic medicines,he has developed eczema patches on his arms which flare up when it's warm and sunny.

your location is England. Would I be wrong in guessing from your name that you are of Asian descent ? Indian ? Pakistani ?

How long have you been in England ?

Are you making sure that your (and your husband's) diet includes plenty of fruit and fibre ? It is (or at least) was quite common for Asians to get a deficiency in vitamin D (?) when coming to the UK, since our sunlight is much less than what they were used to. We Brits tend to get such vitamins from potatoes (staple diet), so your husband might well be recommended to make sure his diet includes these and plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Thank you for taking an interest in my post, I understand why you thought I was Asian from my name but no I am British and so is my husband. He is Afro carribean but his whole family were all born here.

I have no idea why he is like this. I make him eat fibre for breakfast,we eat brown rice, veggies, potatoes.The fruit bowl is always packed with fresh fruit.He especially eats bananas and drinks a probiotic yogurt drink to try and put the good bacteria back in his stomach.

I have purchased the natural doctor by alfred vogel to see if there is something that should be in his diet that isnt.
