I see, thank you. In order to check this information, I perused a collection of online case accounts and then verified that Boiron doesn't seem to stock 100C, at least not on the more common remedies, but that could of course be the simple explanation for the less than wide-spread use.

Dear MRC
The answer is: --that most american Homeopaths adopted Kents sugestion of stepping up the C-potencies in that way. There seems to be a close resemblence with Swedenbourgs accords, the man of whom kent got a lot of his philosphy.
