Question -=[ Classical or Advanced Homeopathy? ]=-

Hello there,

I am really confused with Classical and Advanced Homeopathy. What exactly is the difference between those two? Can anyone please explain?

And one more thing I just wanted know is which is the best from "Single Remedy" or "Combination Remedy"?

Homeopaths here in my place give combination remedies instead of single remedy... except the 2 homeopaths I have seen.

Regards,

MMKhan

Default Yes

You are confused.
Classical usually means that a detailed set of questions are answered , inc hereditary traits , and a single remedy that matches the individual is selected. This is often known as the Constitutional remedy .
Either a single dose or a divided single dose is administered , and a waiting period of 3/4 weeks is used to determine what the results are.
A mixture of remedies is frowned on , although in my opinion , they may be used in very low potencies.
"Advanced" homeopathy is usually the self label of an individual who deviates from the above . One should always ask an 'advanced' homeopath , how he deviates from the Classical, and form your own judgement.

Oh great! That means actually I am using constitutional remedies

But I don't understand how one can wait for 3 to 4 weeks and let the patient suffer?

But sometimes when I find symtoms of a patient in two or more different remedies... I use to combine it. But not always I do that...
